All products are meticulously individually handmade. We take every effort to ensure that they are in perfect working conditions and securely packed before mailing out.
Due to hygiene reasons and (if any) customisation of the order, we are unable to do exchange or return for our products.
In an unexceptional circumstance when you received a wrong item, please contact us within 5 days (for local orders in Singapore) from the time your item is mailed out. We will work out the error with you soonest.
We apologise that we have to decline any request made after the stipulated period because all products are subject to wear and tear over time depending on individual’s care and handling.
