Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make a request for quote as a guest every time.
How do I order?
Shop for the product(s) you want at the Shop page, select the fabric of your choice and add it to your Request for Quote List. When you have finished, you can proceed to your request for quote list. Check and ensure that all information is correct before submitting your list.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept payments via PayNow where details will be provided after you have accepted the final order.
Your order will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Can I amend and cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. As all products are made on order, materials will be reserved for you once your order is confirmed. This will allow us to prepare your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
How long is the processing time after I have made payment, order confirmed?
Since every product is made to order, processing time vary with the amount of orders we received and the availability of the material thus it may vary from 2 weeks to 1 month or longer if we are experiencing high volume.
We will be grateful if you can place your order 2 months in advance, do feel free to discuss with us if you have a specific timeline.
Why does handmade product cost more?
Please consider that each part of the product is handmade with love from scratch which can offer higher quality and more attention to detail. Not only are you paying for the material and operating costs and the time that went into handcrafting it, but also the hours committed to the behind-the-scene work which includes researching, sourcing for materials, and experimenting.
On the other hand, you are giving support to the local crafter community and reducing pollution since there is no factories involved.
Do you offer customization?
The only available customization now is where you can pick your choice of fabrics combination from our fabric catalog and we will handmade your selected product (e.g. Travel Tissue Holder) based on your fabric selection.
As much as we would love to do more, we are unable to offer any other kind of customization at this moment due to limited capability.
Do you accept bulk order?
Although it is tricky for bulk orders as we are a one-girl-one-furkid team, we would still be happy to discuss with you on your idea. As ii Design Workz does not want to over-promise and under-deliver, we reserve the right to turn down orders beyond our capabilities.
Delivery / Shipping
What are the shipping / delivery charges like?
For local (Singapore) deliveries, all orders will be delivered by registered mail at a flat rate of S$3.20 for order below S$80.00 and FREE shipping for order that is S$80.00 and above.

How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, SingPost, at this link.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
For local (Singapore) delivery, it will be delivered within 2-3 working days after posting. Delay may happen if SingPost is experiencing high volume.
Do you ship internationally?
We are working on it and announcement will be made when it is available.
Can I change my delivery / shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct delivery / shipping address. We are not responsible for wrong address.
Asking for discount
Just like you, what we earned (after deducting the costs) are to feed ourselves and our family; To put food on the table, pay for housing loan, bills, medicals and other necessities to live.
It has taken many sacrifices, hard work and perseverance to reach this point where we can sell our products at these prices. And to be fair to all our customers who have bought from us at the stated selling price, it is with regret that we have to say that we cannot agree to your request for discount as our prices are already lowered and if we go any lower, our profit margins will get squeezed far too much.
We hope you understand and sincerely hope that this does not cause you any inconvenience.
Please rest assured that our pricing is reasonably priced for the materials used and all the effort that go into hand making each of them.
